Coffee-Mate Cinnamon Toast Crunch Creamer $2.50 if on sale or $3.49 if not at Kroger
Disclaimer: I mix mine with Silk Almond Creamer so I don't feel quite as guilty 😜
It is so very yummy that I really am no longer satisfied with any other flavor. Husband concurs. It's a problem. 👀
Audible subscription: $7.95/mo for Audible Plus, $14.95/mo for Audible Premium Plus (the one I use)
Subscribers get one free new-release, best-seller type book per month and access to LOTS of other titles and podcasts for free
I'm not sure all the differences in the 2 plans, but I'm going to check it out. I don't recall there being a cheaper plan when I signed up back in 2017. My listening time is now up to 26 days, 3 hours, and 1 minute! I need to count how many titles I have finished.
Ore-Ida Steam & Mash Potatoes from the freezer section- $2.79 if on sale or $2.99 if not on sale at Kroger
These are so amazing for: mashed potatoes (steam then cream with milk and butter), to put frozen in a potroast in the crockpot, to put frozen in a beef stew in the crockpot, or to put frozenin the smoked sausage-peppers-onion-potatoes-cheese bake I make in a glass baking dish. Delicious! They steam in 10 minutes in the microwave. We also use 2 bags partially steamed when husband makes stove-top Outback Potato Soup, Divine!
Sharpie S-gel pens, I like the 0.7 mm unless I want really bold, then I go for 1.0 mm
In this picture, I've got red 0.7, green 0.7 and black 1.0. I also have blue and purple in the 0.7. These pens are AWESOME for journaling, planners, and note-taking. I also use them at work. I am very pen-choosy and these will not let you down!
I bought this Orca cup at The Wharf in Orange Beach, AL during a fishing tournament while we were staying there on vacation. I had never really heard of the brand Orca, but I bought a baby blue and this white cup. They hold ice more than any Yeti and even more than my favorite Corkcicle cups and I still love my Corkcicles!
I've had this one probably 3 years and was really good about hand-washing in the beginning. I've been putting it in the dishwasher over a year now, though, and the paint is just barely starting to chip. Much better than most brands on paint chipping after dishwasher use!
My protein powder
When my skin went crazy this spring (new diagnosis of Psoriasis out of the blue), I had to take some time off work to adjust my medications and figure out why my body was revolting against me. Since I had the TIME, I decided to try the Autoimmune Protocol (finally- 5 years into sarcoidosis). That diet is dairy, gluten, and sugar free.
This protein powder meets the daily, gluten, sugar-free requirements and it is delicious! In my protein shakes, I use almond milk, 1/2 a frozen banana, fresh blueberries or strawberries, almond butter, sometimes cinnamon, ice, and one scoop of this protein powder. I blend it before work and drink it on my way home so that I'm not starving before dinner or tempted to stuff my face with something unhealthy during my hour drive home. It has become a routine and it honestly makes me FEEL better.
Jergens Cherry Almond Lotion
Old school - my Mammaw and my mom have always used it. It smells like home and I love it.
You can go expensive (Tombow) or more affordable (Artist's Loft), but you CAN'T go wrong with a dual-tip marker!
I use them in my Planner Perfect, for note taking, at work to make it less mundane, and on my fridge calendar. I use the fine tip in my Erin Condren. I love them!
Orville Redenbacher Ultimate Butter Popcorn
Husband loves sweets. I love salty. I am blessed that I don't have that snacking gene at night that some people battle. I very rarely want anything to eat after dinner. (Maybe because of my aforementioned protein shake on my drive home?).
However, IF the boys and I are watching a move (husband works nights, so boys and I are often solo on movie nights), I want some popcorn!!! And if I'm going to eat popcorn, it better taste good! I want butter! I want salt! I want yummy deliciousness that is not good for me at all (although the package does say gluten-free 😜). Anyway, I have tried and tested ALL the butter popcorns and this one is my favorite, hands-down.
